The engagement

The problem
Four departments maintained separate, partly contradictory records of the same network. Maintenance was reactive because no one could say with confidence which assets were in the worst condition.

Our approach
A single geodatabase schema was designed first, then legacy records were reconciled and field capture filled the gaps. A condition-scoring model fed a dashboard that ranks assets by risk rather than by age.

The outcome
One authoritative registry, a maintenance plan driven by measured condition, and an internal team trained and procedurally equipped to keep it current.
