The problem
Maintenance performance varied sharply between sites running identical equipment, and every improvement initiative had faded within two quarters of its launch.

Our approach
The diagnostic traced the variance to decision rights and competency rather than process documentation. We redesigned the operating model, defined role-based competencies, and built an internal trainer cadre to carry the programme.

The outcome
Site performance converged toward the best-performing baseline, and the organisation now runs its own capability cycle without external delivery support.
