07 Training & capability

Turning knowledge into performance

Programmes are measured by what an organisation can do afterwards, not by how many people attended. Competency development is connected to the performance indicators the client already reports on.

The chain

Knowledge becomes growth in four steps

  1. 01

    Knowledge

What a team is taught — written around the systems it actually operates.

  2. 02

    Capability

What it can demonstrably do, assessed against defined competencies.

  3. 03

    Performance

What changes in the workplace once the capability is applied.

  4. 04

    Growth

What the organisation gains, tracked against indicators agreed up front.

Training & capacity building

Programmes that change what a team can do

Corporate, individual and institutional programmes designed and delivered by practising engineers and consultants — in Arabic, English or both.

01

Corporate Training

We assess the organisation's training need, design programmes around its own systems and standards, deliver them as applied workshops with the teams, and hand over the material and tools so the capability stays in-house.

Deliverables
  • Training needs analysis report
  • Curriculum and competency framework
  • Participant workbooks and instructor guides
Benefits
  • Relevant from day one No translation needed between the course and the job — the examples are already theirs.
  • Evidence of competence Assessment records suitable for regulatory, client and audit requirements.
  • Bilingual delivery Programmes delivered in Arabic, English or both, with materials in matching quality.
02

Individual Training

Open-enrolment programmes taught by practitioners: practical material, tools and methods a participant can apply at work as soon as the programme ends.

  • Level placement and learning plan
  • Structured course materials and references
  • Guided practical exercises
03

Capacity Building

We work on an institution's systems, processes and people together — documenting procedures, training the internal teams and transferring the tools and knowledge — so the work continues after our engagement ends.

  1. 01

    Capability diagnostics

Institutional assessment across people, process, systems and governance.

  2. 02

    Competency frameworks

Role-based competency definition, proficiency levels and progression criteria.

  3. 03

    Systems & procedures

Developing the manuals, standards and workflows an institution needs to operate consistently.

  4. 04

    Trainer development

Building an internal training function so capability generation becomes self-sustaining.

The journey

How a programme is built and run

  1. 01

    Assess

Establish the competency baseline and the specific performance shortfall to be closed.

  2. 02

    Design

Define the curriculum, competency framework and assessment against that gap.

  3. 03

    Develop

Build the material around the organisation's own equipment, standards and cases.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Run the programme on site or hybrid, in the working language, on real scenarios.

  5. 05

    Measure

Assess competence afterwards and track the operational indicators that justified it.

From training to performance

Where a programme actually shows up

Each stage is measured, so a programme can be defended on evidence rather than on attendance.

  1. 01

    Knowledge

    Assessed before and after delivery.

  2. 02

    Competency

Demonstrated against a defined proficiency level.

  3. 03

    Behaviour

Observed in the workplace weeks later.

  4. 04

    Performance

Read from the indicators the client already tracks.

  5. 05

    Impact

Reported against the outcome named at the start.
