Projects fail at the seams
Very few engagements fail because a calculation was wrong. They fail where responsibilities meet: between disciplines that documented separately, between a design team and a delivery team who never shared a model, and between a completed asset and an organisation that was never prepared to operate it.
UPSIDE GMS was structured around those seams. Engineering and management sit in the same practice, under one accountable lead, with capability development treated as part of delivery rather than an afterthought sold separately.
The result is not simply broader scope. It is a shorter distance between a technical decision and the people who have to live with it.
